i'm back from OBS!!!
hehe:D
it was the toughest camp i've ever went lo...

day 1

we went to pulau ubin by speed boat
after everyone arrived there, we took out all the tent stuff and other necessities
cleaned them and got ready for the 5 days ahead.
i was a little seasick and felt super unwell-.-
i rested a while:(
didn't really do much on the first day, just admin stuff...
so ate lunch, played games, pitch tent and slept.

day 2

supposed to meet at 5.55 in the morning with tents unpitched.
woke up at 4.30 lo!
kiasu...so we were a little early this day.
we packed our bags in the smelly bags they provided.
we did PT in the morning and went kayaking.
we learnt how to paddle the thing first and then, learn how to capsize.
i was super scared lo!
i was trembling and i refused to rock the boat to capsize it.
but i did in the end.
we kayaked to our next campsite, which we're spending 1 day in.
we bathed and pitched tents.there was 3 cubicles and 30+ girls have to share.
ate dinner and continued pitching tents in the jungle.

day 3

this day was the sea expedition.
we have to kayak almost a whole round of pulau ubin!
i was SUPER seasick lo!!!
i felt like throwing up and i didn't want to eat a thing.
after i ate the orange, i felt SO much better!
then got strength to kayak.
just to let u know the length, we kayaked 7 and a half hrs against the current.
i've got muscles now:)

we reached the place early but we couldn't bathe!!!
after being in sea the whole day, we couldn't bathe...
only can change into dry clothes but i lost my bag!
pitched up tents and slept.

day 4

LAND EXPEDITION today!
it was the most memorable lo!
we had to play this rock tossing game to decide which team could set off first.
the last team to leave had to clean the toilet there.
surprisingly, we were the first to accomplish and left first.
we had to search for 5 places in pulau ubin and then return to the first campsite.
we did things quite fast cos there was a guy in the team who went to pulau ubin just last week so he knew the place well.
breaks of 2 minutes and lunch break 15minutes.
my bag was HEAVY, approx 10+kg
same for the rest
we earned a special request earlier and we used it to get an easier checkpoint.
we were cheering and i was slouching with my bag lagging behind the rest.

in the end, we were the first team to arrive back at the first campsite in day 1!
we were cheering back and no one was there to hear it lo!
expected time to reach back was 4.30 and we arrived at 2.55!
we rocked!
we got to bathe for like, an hr n half.some ppl showered 3 times!
we pitched our tents early, cooked early and went to bed.
me, siti, yongyi, kianhong n some others were talking at night.
damn excited, tmr last day le!

day 5

we packed up our stuff, cleaned things, identified equip we lost.
we went to steal bottlesXP
no choice...
in the end we needed to pay 40cent each for a knife we lost.
we waited for the boat to bring us back to mainland singapore.
we waited like forever!
after it came, we went ot the souvenir shop to buy OBS tees!
i bought 2!!!!!!!!!
so proud of it, my blood and sweat!seriously.
finally we go back school.
me n ruen went kfc to eat!AND drink the long-awaited coke!!!
i am SATISFIED with my coke:)
