i got the 53th position in cross country!!!
quite disappointed...
3 more places can get badge...
but i don't really care anymore...
it's just a badge!
enjoyed myself!

met jiajun,lixian and yingda at 6.15am to take a cab to macritchie reservoir.
was pretty funny...
i didn't know where south view primary was.
saw Xuan en and asked her.
i saw SVPS but didn't know where blk 207 was.
saw this auntie and asked her.
she said it was straight up and told me i had to turn in
she kept repeating and told me to be careful.
what a kind lady...
i walked ahead, thinking that she was gone.
suddenly, she shouted in chinese to me,
"yup!go straight ahead!walk carefully hor!!!"
i shouted back,
"okay!thanks!"
hilarious auntie, thanks a lot!!!

soon, lixian and yingda reached.
we waited for jiajun, watching lots of taxis pass by.
it was 6.20am alrdy.
suddenly, jiajun emerged from the shadows, running v fast.
he said he was walking around the area, looking for us.
then we had to wait for the taxi.
about to call for 1 then another appeared!

reached our destination with a fare of $12
quite fun on the trip there.

anw, while we were waiting to run,
poor sec 1s got stung by naughty bees.
1 buy got stung in the eye and had to b sent to the hospital...
poor guy...
when we had to run, i was looking 4ward to it!!!
energized and charged up!
cos i chose to run instead of being the prize presenter
i didn't regret.

at first, i had a really bad stitch,
walking A LOT!
i didn't plan to walk at all...
sigh...
then at the finish line,
saw SY, Pris, Glennis and Sweekun screaming my name!
ruen, and a whole lot of other ppl was also screaming.
i forgot my stitch and chionged.
got in 53rd position.
not bad la...last year got 57th
ruen was like,
"aiya, 3 more places...what a waste!"
it didn't matter!
i improved from last year!HURRAY!

didn't go get XY birthday present that day...
slept the whole way in the empty public bus with pris.
